My comment:
Was the terrible translation an inside joke for Cambodians? Also Pol Pot's ethnicity is suspect. I'm convinced the actor is not Khmer. Is that, in itself, a direct criticism of Pol Pot's actions or just bad casting? Lost.
With that said I don't really see the humor.
