This is one of my favorite dishes to make. It roughly translates into "Drought Noodles". What's in it?
rice noodles, tamarind pulp, lime, black pepper, shrimp, squid, beef, cilantro, scallions, 3 different hot sauces, housin sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and fried garlic. it's really spicy and normally served with a bowl of hot soup (like pho).
