Mike - Actually it was selected for the IBPC before it was selected for the best of. Otherwise, it would not have made it into the pubication -- hence the "best of" is a collection of poems selected to to the IBPC whether or not they win. The order on how things are accepted is very important. We don't send in poems that have been published previously. This month the IBPC judge took longer than speedy moi.
